Vivian Amberville is what other large-scale epic fantasy stories dream of when they go to sleep at night. 10/10, a fricking masterpiece, no other way about it. I do agree it's a slow burn at first, but maaan does it pay off later, just like the Witcher 3. Do yourself a favour and give it a try!
